Our Candles & Other Products

We create and sell handmade candles and other related products with care and attention to detail.

As our candles are handmade using natural ingredients, you acknowledge that:

  • Colours, scents, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly between products.

  • Product photographs are provided as a guide only and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

  • Small variations, air bubbles, frosting, or other minor imperfections are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered faults.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any product at any time without prior notice.

Candle Safety

Candles contain an open flame and must always be used responsibly.

By purchasing our candles, you agree to:

  • Follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your purchase.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, and other flammable materials.

  • Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains in the container.

We are not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or harm resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow the provided safety instructions.

Orders & Payments

When placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within our advertised processing times. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal or courier services.

  • Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the order passes to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

We fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is significantly different from its description.

  • Is unsafe.

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose.

Because candles are consumable items:

  • We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

  • Burnt or used candles cannot be returned.

  • Claims for damaged items must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including photos, text, logos, and designs, belongs to us unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using Our Website Respectfully you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.

We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

We take great care in creating and supplying our candles to ensure a positive experience for our customers. That said, there are limits to what we can reasonably be responsible for.

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This includes things like loss of enjoyment, loss of income, or damage that is not caused by a faulty product.

  • We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of our candles (or any other products purchased from us), including not following the provided safety instructions.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by circumstances outside our control, such as extreme heat, misuse, or environmental factors.

If we are found to be responsible for a problem with a product, our liability will be limited to:

  • Replacing the product; or

  • Refunding the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the ACL applies, customers are entitled to remedies such as refunds, replacements, or repairs.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our candles are made using a variety of materials, such as natural waxes, fragrance oils, essential oils, dyes, and wicks. Even when ingredients are commonly used and considered natural and safe, individual reactions may vary from person to person. Because of this, we ask customers to please note the following:

  • Some fragrance oils and essential oils may trigger allergies, sensitivities, headaches, or respiratory irritation in certain individuals.

  • Natural ingredients are not automatically allergy-free.

  • Sensitivities can also depend on room size, ventilation, and burn time.

  • We do our very best to follow safe candle-making practices; however, we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for everyone.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for checking ingredient information before purchasing.

  • You use our products at your own discretion.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health issues that may arise from the normal use of our products. If you experience irritation or discomfort, please stop using the candle immediately and ventilate the area.
